English speaking Sales and Customer Service Employee
Be a key team member of the sales and customer service team driving new business opportunities from both an inbound and outbound motion
Proactively contact current and former customers to reactivate and grow their accounts
Follow up on leads like requests from and product samples and quotes sent to the customers
Help our customers finding products to match their needs, create and follow up on quotes and orders
Handling all requests coming in through phone calls, chats and emails
Who are you?
Experience in similar positions within sales and customer service (is an advantage)
Good structuring and prioritizing skills
Verbally and written fluency in British/ Irish English.
Experienced living and working in any of the British countries or Ireland
