Dairy Plant Manager to lead the dairy production operations on the beautiful Danish island of Bornholm.

As Dairy Plant Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance of our dairy production, leading teams across cheese production, packaging, maintenance, and quality.
You will play a key role in developing our operations, improving efficiency, ensuring excellent product quality, and building a strong performance-driven organisation.
Your main responsibilities will include: Leading and developing production managers and their teams.
Driving operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Optimising production yields, reducing waste, and improving cost performance.
Ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety.
Managing KPIs, improvement projects, and future investments.
Creating a positive working environment with strong teamwork and accountability.
Who Are You? We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a passion for dairy production and people development.
You ideally have: A background in Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 6 years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing, including 3 years in operational management.
Strong technical knowledge of dairy processes, preferably including cheese production.
Experience with production optimisation, quality management, and operational KPIs.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
An open-minded, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.
