Its products iSamenleving (supporting caseworkers) and iParticipatie (supporting residents) are used by more than 100 municipalities every day. This position carries end-to-end responsibility for the software product portfolio of the Samenlevingszaken unit. The role sits on the unit's management team, leads a product management team of six people, and reports directly to the Managing Director. You would work closely with development, sales and services teams within a unit of around 70 colleagues. What you would do
Define and maintain the product roadmap and investment plan, making clear choices between stability and innovation. Articulate and communicate the value proposition of the products to the market. Involve customers structurally in the roadmap process and make their input visible in releases. Lead the product management team with full HR responsibility, covering recruitment, development and performance reviews. Develop a well-founded vision on the role of AI in the products and services. Rationalise the portfolio by deciding what to invest in, what to continue developing and what to discontinue. What they are looking for
Extensive experience in product management of SaaS or enterprise software. A proven track record of leading a product management team through a transition or modernisation phase. Strong stakeholder management skills, from end users to board level, including the ability to deliver difficult messages. Experience rationalising a product portfolio (stopping, winding down and renewing products). Commercial and financial acumen, including business cases, pricing and results-driven management. The role is based in the s-Hertogenbosch area and is offered on a hybrid basis, with the option to work from home and to arrange working hours flexibly. Pay and benefits
The listing describes a competitive fixed salary with a variable bonus scheme, partly structured through a share arrangement (Topcius.com) that gives direct participation in long-term value growth.
