Create and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings; Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content for search intent and relevance; Analyze and improve website architecture, crawlability, indexability, and page speed; Collaborate with web developers and UX/UI designers to implement technical SEO changes and maintain website best practices; Collaborate with the content team to optimize and implement search-engine-friendly content while maintaining brand tone and user engagement; Use SEO tools to monitor performance, track keyword rankings, analyze backlinks, and identify improvement areas; Provide regular reports on organic search performance and recommend improvement strategies. MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a similar field; Up to 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist in an international environment; Deep understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl management, structured data, and mobile-first indexing; Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog; Ability to make and implement technical changes directly on websites using Content Management Systems; Fluency in Dutch, German, or French; Fluency in English; Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and applying them to SEO strategies; Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with developers, designers, content creators, and other cross-functional teams; Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving website performance and user experience.
