Own the design of new features from beginning to end Sharpen project briefs based on explorative research with UX researchers and product owners Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes for weekly testing and evaluation with real users Document final interaction and UI design requirements to brief and support developers during development Support the development and maintenance of design libraries and systems Explore new ideas to initiate projects and improvements Требования:
Completed degree in a relevant design field, such as CMD, UX, Interaction, or Product Design 0–3 Years of experience as a UX designer Portfolio with user-centered design cases demonstrating problem-solving capabilities Hands-on experience in exploratory research to discover and define user problems from scratch Strong curiosity about understanding customers Proficiency in Figma and ability to create high-fidelity designs aligned with a design system Collaborative, low-ego mindset Fluent English EU work permit Open to working on-site full-time Условия:
