Responsibilities:
1. Technical Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Investigate technical problems and identify root causes.
Provide remote and on-site technical support to users and clients.
Resolve system errors, application failures, and connectivity issues.
Escalate complex technical problems to specialized teams when necessary.
2. IT Infrastructure & System Support
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Support operating systems, business applications, and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and access issues.
Assist with server, system, and application maintenance as required.
Monitor system performance and help maintain operational availability.
3. User Support & Customer Service
Respond to technical support requests through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Guide users through troubleshooting steps and technical procedures.
Explain technical solutions in clear, user-friendly language.
Maintain professional communication and follow up on unresolved issues.
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
4. Installation, Configuration & Maintenance
Install and configure software, drivers, and system updates.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive troubleshooting.
Assist with system upgrades, software patches, and equipment replacements.
Configure user accounts, permissions, and access settings in accordance with company policies.
Maintain IT assets and ensure equipment functions correctly.
