As an Account Support employee, you will be in daily contact with large Dutch and international customers. Your duties include: You take care of order processing, quotations and input documents and make arrangements for deliveries. You provide support to our Account Managers so they can fully focus on building the organization. Because you already have experience in such a role, you can also prioritize well on your own and you know what it takes to serve a customer optimally. You go out of your way to make sure orders are fulfilled to perfection. If something goes wrong within the organization, you are the one who keeps a cool head and ensures everything gets resolved, with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction! Who are you? As an employee Account Support you have a lot of contact with customers and you are the business card of the organization. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile: You have HBO working and thinking level. Experience with Exact, a similar ERP systems or you have enough affinity to master this quickly. You are communicative, enthusiastic and have commercial acumen. You have already proven that you can work independently, maintain overview, and always prioritize the customer. You have good command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of German is a significant advantage! What do you get in return?
