Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior GMP and Cleanroom Training Specialist to lead and continuously improve aseptic training, certification, and compliance programs within a sterile manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who combine strong technical expertise with a passion for coaching and mentoring others. As a senior specialist, you will act as a subject matter expert for aseptic behavior and contamination control across the manufacturing organization.
You will: Lead and improve the aseptic behavior certification program. Monitor aseptic and GMP practices on the shop floor. Deliver hands-on coaching and GMP/aseptic training across the site. Develop and enhance training materials and qualification programs. Monitor media fills, smoke studies, and manufacturing activities. Partner with Manufacturing and Quality to address training and performance gaps. Support contamination investigations, CAPAs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Profile
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related . Extensive experience in aseptic or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong knowledge of cGMP, aseptic processing, and contamination control. Proven experience delivering training, coaching, or qualification programs. Extensive experience mentoring personnel across multiple functions and levels. Familiarity with contamination investigations and CAPAs is a pre. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Benefits
Salary between
€60,000 and €80,050
