As a

GMP & Aseptic Specialist , you will play a key role in developing manufacturing teams and ensuring compliance with GMP and aseptic standards. You will work closely with operators, supervisors, quality teams, and production management to strengthen knowledge, improve behaviors, and enhance performance on the manufacturing floor. This position combines hands-on interaction with manufacturing teams, coaching and training activities, and participation in quality and continuous improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to influence site-wide GMP culture while helping employees build the skills and confidence needed to operate successfully in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities

Coach and support manufacturing teams in GMP and aseptic best practices Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions Develop, improve and maintain training materials and qualification programs Perform shop-floor observations and identify opportunities for process and compliance improvements Promote a strong quality and compliance culture throughout the manufacturing organization Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments and audit preparation Partner with Production, Quality Assurance and other stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to capability development strategies Act as a subject matter expert in aseptic manufacturing practices and GMP compliance Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance operational performance and manufacturing excellence Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline Experience working within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cell therapy or sterile manufacturing environments Strong understanding of aseptic processing and contamination control principles Experience delivering training, coaching colleagues or developing training programs Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization Interest in continuous improvement, operational excellence and capability development Experience with investigations, CAPAs, audits or quality systems is considered an advantage Strong communication skills in English and the confidence to engage with manufacturing teams on the shop floor Proactive, organized and passionate about developing people and improving processes Available to work in a 5-shift rotation Benefits
