Sales Support Administrator
to support our
Belgian market
from our office in the Netherlands. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth order processing across Belgium. Your responsibilities Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate information in our CRM and internal systems. Process customer orders and verify order, pricing, and payment details. Provide professional support to Belgian customers via phone, email, and webshop. Keep customers informed about order status, deliveries, and payments. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure efficient order fulfilment. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation. Handle after-sales enquiries, customer claims, and resolve issues in a professional and customer-focused manner. What we're looking for Professional proficiency in French and dutch (Flemish) - (written and spoken). Good command of English and Dutch. Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other business applications. A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
