Help launch and grow a new SaaS product For an international B2B technology company in Rotterdam, we're looking for a
Growth Marketer
to take responsibility for the marketing of a new SaaS product. The company already has an established enterprise business, helping large organisations automate their accounts receivable and payment collection processes. They're now taking that technology to a wider market by launching a self-service SaaS product for SMEs and mid-sized companies. Customers will be able to sign up online, automate their payment reminders and manage their collections through a subscription. The product is new, and there's a lot to figure out. Which customers should we focus on first? How do we reach them? What makes someone sign up, start using the product and eventually become a paying customer? We're looking for someone who enjoys answering those questions and turning the answers into practical marketing activities. The role
You’ll be responsible for developing and running the marketing for the new product. You’ll decide which channels to focus on, create campaigns and content, and improve the website and customer journey based on what the data tells you. Because the product is self-service, your work covers the full customer journey: from attracting visitors to getting people to sign up, use the product, become paying customers and stay with the platform. You’ll be the only dedicated marketer in a small team, working closely with developers and commercial colleagues. You’ll have plenty of room to make decisions and try new ideas. At the same time, this is a hands‑on role, so you’ll be doing most of the work yourself. What will you do?
Develop and execute the marketing plan for the new product. Find and test ways to attract new customers. Improve the journey from website visitor to signup, active user and paying customer. Write and publish landing pages, customer stories, emails and LinkedIn content. Manage and update the website in Webflow. Set up and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns. Improve SEO and GEO, including how the company appears in AI search results. Set up onboarding emails and marketing automation to help customers get started. Analyse website performance, user behaviour and conversion rates. Work on partnerships with relevant software providers and other businesses. Use AI to support research, content creation, analysis and repetitive marketing tasks. You’ll also help with marketing activities for the company's existing enterprise business, including content, campaigns and events. Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who has experience growing digital products and enjoys working independently. You understand how to attract customers online and how to improve the steps between someone discovering a product and becoming a paying customer. You’re comfortable developing a plan, but you also enjoy writing content, setting up campaigns and making changes to a website yourself. Ideally, you have:
Several years of practical marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or a similar industry. Experience building demand generation activities from scratch. An understanding of self-service SaaS products and subscription-based businesses. Experience with paid advertising, SEO, GEO and conversion optimisation. Strong writing skills and experience creating different types of marketing content. Experience with Webflow or a similar website platform. Knowledge of email automation, customer onboarding and retention. Experience using AI tools in your daily work. Experience marketing to customers in the Netherlands. Good communication skills in Dutch and English. You enjoy working independently, take initiative and can decide what deserves your attention when there are several things to work on. The company has an established business, an existing customer base and technology that's already being used by large organisations. The next step is to make that technology available to smaller businesses through a self‑service product. You’ll join at the beginning of that process and have the opportunity to build the marketing approach yourself. You’ll be able to see which ideas work, make improvements and contribute directly to the growth of the product. It’s a small team, so you’ll work closely with the people developing and selling the product, with plenty of room to make your own decisions. What can you expect?
A part‑time position of 24 hours per week. A salary of €4,000–€5,000 gross per month on a full‑time basis. Hybrid working, with two days per week in the Rotterdam office. Responsibility for the marketing of a new SaaS product. The freedom to develop your own approach and put your ideas into practice. Interested in helping bring a new SaaS product to market? We'd be happy to tell you more.
