Omelegg is a pioneering, family-owned Omeletterie, specializing exclusively in omelettes and related breakfast dishes. As the first and only Omeletterie operating in the Netherlands, Omelegg has built a distinctive brand in A/A+ locations, with 4 locations today across two connected brands: our main Omelegg brand and a lighter version called Scramblicious. Lean thinking is at the heart of how we work: we keep our processes simple, cut waste and keep improving every day. We're looking for an Operations Director to take over the day-to-day operations of our existing locations, working directly with the founders, who stay involved in strategy. We're also exploring a European rollout. Its scope and timing are still to be decided, and the right person could grow into leading it. This is a multi-year commitment. The type of engagement, employment or interim, will be shaped together with the right candidate. What you’ll do Take over and lead the day-to-day operations of our current locations and their managers. Own HR: recruiting, building and developing the team. Turn what works today into clear processes and playbooks. Potentially lead the next step: opening new locations across Europe. What you bring A track record of opening and/or running multiple locations in food and beverage, hospitality or travel retail. Experience with leading managers and teams of 30 or more people. A strong grasp of numbers and business cases. Fluent in English and willingness to travel as the brand expands.
