Responsibilities
Support the department by maintaining a continuous overview of potential projects.
Organize and distribute requests.
Assist in the preparation of proposal submissions, presentations and portfolios within the team.
Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Research and analyze market trends in architecture and construction.
Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
Help identify new market opportunities.
Support the development of AI-models for market research applications.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights to internal teams regularly.
Requirements
Currently studying in, or recently graduated from, Architecture school.
High proficiency in English, and ideally a second language.
Knowledge of OMA’s work and the architectural field in general.
Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning, or data analytics is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Hands-on approach, self-disciplined, pro-active and confident in a fast-paced international working environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign in particular) and Office 365 is preferred.
