Connect systems and build a seamlessly integrated IT landscape
How do you ensure that complex applications communicate with each other reliably and efficiently? We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to design and develop integration solutions across a complex IT environment. You will focus on APIs, messaging and event-driven architectures, working closely with software engineers, architects and platform teams to connect applications and services. What will you do?
Design and develop integrations between applications and platforms. Build and maintain APIs and integration services. Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions. Work with technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or comparable messaging platforms. Develop scalable and reliable integration patterns. Analyse and resolve complex integration issues. Optimise performance, error handling and monitoring. Collaborate with development teams and Solution Architects. Contribute to integration standards and technical documentation. Automate testing and deployment processes. What are we looking for?
At least 5 years of experience in Integration Engineering or a related field. Experience developing APIs and REST services. Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures. Experience with Kafka Experience with Java, C#/.NET or a comparable programming language. Understanding of microservices and distributed systems. Experience with CI/CD and automated testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to have
Experience with Azure Integration Services. Knowledge of API management. Experience with event streaming. Knowledge of container technologies. Experience with complex enterprise integrations.
