Requirements
Experience in problem management, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
Strong skills in .
NET, Python, Power Shell, and troubleshooting critical applications.
Hands-on expertise with Azure Dev Ops, AWS, Jira, and Service Now.
Deep knowledge of API integrations, databases (SQL/No SQL), and middleware.
Mastery of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana—you see things before they happen!
Familiarity with ITIL, RCA, and continuous service improvement.
The ability to explain complex IT issues without making non-techies cry.
Experience with CI/CD, Dev Ops, Docker, and Kubernetes.
ITIL or other relevant technical certifications (or the motivation to get them).
