Product Information Dairy Dairy products have long been a nutritious part of diets worldwide. We keep dairy moving around the world with our supply chain expertise and on-the-ground capabilities. Our dairy supply chain and operations span 25 countries across 6 continents, with an estimated 300,000 cows producing the milk needed for our ingredients. Most of our dairy ingredients are sourced from a portfolio of manufacturers and suppliers across North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania.

Logistics Operations Manager - Dairy Location: Singapore
Position Overview This position reports to SBU Head, Dairy manufacturing. The individual will manage the Singapore-based logistics team and work closely with the dairy manufacturing plants, freight/shipping, sales team and other functions to ensure timely and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Logistics and Customer Service function for the Dairy Ingredients & Solutions (I&S) business, with direct responsibility for the Singapore Logistics Operations team
Collaborate with manufacturing plants to optimize total logistics costs, including FOB charges, freight, domestic logistics, and non-commodity purchasing (NCP)
Serve as the key escalation point for Sales and Customer Service teams, providing cross-functional support to Sales, Shipping, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions
Own and drive logistics performance KPIs, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory management, logistics costs, and cash-to-cash cycle performance
Manage contract and sales order execution, working closely with customers and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Liaise with origin locations, suppliers, and production sites to ensure orders are accurately processed and executed in line with internal and external customer requirements
Ensure timely contract creation and management, accurate payment terms administration, and full compliance with import/export documentation requirements
Lead digitalization initiatives to improve shipment visibility and provide timely order and shipment status updates to internal and external stakeholders
Drive continuous process improvements across logistics and customer service operations to enhance service excellence, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness

A seasoned logistics professional with 12-15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and customer service operations, preferably within the FMCG, food, or manufacturing industries
Proven leadership capabilities with a strong track record of leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
A self-driven, results-oriented individual who demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders
