You will own the site’s quality and food safety management system, build a strong culture, and define the strategy and roadmap with the team. Lead the Quality function and laboratory team; drive BRCGS compliance, HACCP, GMP, and hygienic design; own CAPA, incident management, recalls, and crisis response; report to the Site Manager.
