Mama Shelter is seeking a Head of Front Office to lead and coordinate the Front Office team within our Amsterdam property. You will ensure a warm, personalized welcome and seamless interactions across all hours, maintaining Mama's vibrant guest experience.
You will recruit, train, and develop talent, drive sales and occupancy, handle guest issues, and collaborate with Management to promote Mama services, shop, restaurant and events.
