Apply now for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading defence client in Brunssum, Netherlands.## Requirements* 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise and deployable networks* Proven expertise in TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, Layer 2/3 routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VLANs, network segmentation and QoS* Experience supporting on-premises CIS environments, including data centres, server rooms, command-and-control facilities and deployable communications systems* Experience integrating and testing fixed and deployable network architectures* Experience with mission-critical network installations, upgrades, migrations and modernisation* Strong network documentation, fault diagnosis, root-cause analysis and performance optimisation capabilities* Network security experience including firewalls, IDS/IPS, network access control, secure remote access, encryption and cybersecurity controls* Experience with vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet or equivalent enterprise platforms* Experience in monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective actions and high-availability services* Network architecture and design experience, including requirements analysis, upgrades, redundancy, disaster recovery and continuity of operations* CCNP Enterprise and JNCIP-Enterprise certifications* NATO SECRET security clearance* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent education and professional experience* (Desirable) Military, defence, government or other mission-critical operational environment experience* (Desirable) Experience with field and expeditionary networks, mobile communications, tactical systems and command-and-control connectivity* Language(s): English (fluent)## Job Description* Develop technical designs; install, configure and integrate network and Core Services components* Perform testing, validation and acceptance activities; support deployments, upgrades, migrations and modernisation* Support fixed and deployable networks, including deployment, operation, sustainment and recovery in operational environments* Monitor network availability and performance; troubleshoot faults, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions* Maintain architecture diagrams, implementation plans, operating procedures and configuration baselines* Coordinate with project teams, architects, security stakeholders and operational authorities* Identify and mitigate risks, support quality assurance and provide regular reports covering progress, deliverables, issues, resources and decisions required #J-18808-Ljbffr
