NorthC Group in the Netherlands seeks a part-time Legal Counsel to support its Dutch operations. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial, supplier and service agreements, and advise on regulatory, real estate and grid-connection matters.
Coordinate with the General Counsel and external counsel to improve processes and templates. Ideal candidates have a law degree, at least six years of relevant experience, strong contract skills and fluency in Dutch and English.
