Requirements

• The candidate offered has HBO working and thinking level. This is evidenced by education and/or relevant work experience.
• The candidate offered has at least 1 year of work experience with personnel management.
• The offered candidate has at least 3 years of experience in test management, test automation, and quality assurance.
• The offered candidate has experience with agile scrum methods.
• The candidate offered has at least 2 years of work experience within complex public organisations or regulated chains.
• The candidate offered is not a self-employed person.

Wishes

• The candidate offered has work experience in the criminal justice system, preferably at the Public Prosecution Service and/or IVOM.
• The offered candidate has the following certifications: PSM I, SAFe, TMAP and ISTQB.
• The candidate offered has experience with CICD methods.
• The candidate offered has experience with DevOps methods.
• The offered candidate has X number of years of experience with custom application production in a coordinating role.
• The offered candidate has X amount of experience with implementation and quality improvement of test automation, performance testing, API testing and integration testing.
