Junior Partner Success Manager (Dutch-speaking), Amsterdam A UK-based cybersecurity company is expanding its Amsterdam commercial desk and hiring a Dutch-speaking Junior Partner Success Manager for its Benelux customer base. No sales targets, no upsell pressure. Just relationship-building and product enablement for partners already on the platform.
The company Our client builds cybersecurity and AI solutions that give Managed Service Providers (MSPs) the tools to manage and secure Microsoft 365 environments at scale. Monthly revenue grew from €100K to €1.2M in a single year and is now tracking toward €4M a month, with profit. They are backed by three funding rounds including a recent Series C, with a next round expected to push valuation toward unicorn territory. Headcount is growing from roughly 225 to 300 by year end. The culture is low ego and direct: problems get named and fixed straight away. Anyone joining before the end of 2026 receives a share allocation. That window closes on January 1, 2027.
The role You join a small, growing Partner Success team in Amsterdam, report to the PSM Team Lead, and become the dedicated contact for the Dutch-speaking partner base, working closely with the AE(s) covering the region. This is not a sales role. You have no upsell or renewal targets and are measured on churn and product adoption. You will:
Own a growing book of partners, ramping from around 30 accounts to 60-70
Build trust with the technical people who use the platform day to day, not the budget-holder
Run demos, workshops and screen-share sessions on new features
Feed partner feedback back into the business to help shape the product and implementation experience
What we're looking for
At least 6 months of commercial B2B experience (any role: sales, account management, customer support, customer success, etc.)
Native Dutch and fluent English
German is a plus
Relationship-first: you like solving problems and building trust
Low ego and comfortable with direct feedback. The company screens for this above almost everything else
Comfortable with technical products and happy to learn them
