As a Customer Return Administrator, you are responsible for the administrative and operational handling of customer returns. You ensure that returned products are correctly registered, monitored, and processed within agreed lead times. You will work closely with customers, logistics partners, repair departments, and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Team

MBO (vocational education) level of working and thinking, preferably in an administrative or logistics-related field.

Experience with logistics and automated systems, and proficiency in working with a PC.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Strong administrative skills and a high level of quality awareness.

Good command of Dutch (advanced) and basic English, both spoken and written.

Understanding of internal logistics processes.

A sociable personality with a strong sense of responsibility for both you and the team.

Forklift and reach truck certification are an advantage (preferred but not required).

Your Daily Responsibilities include: As part of the

RMA team

within the Circular Service Center, you play an important role in the daily execution of various warehouse and return processes. You are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of goods flows and contribute to the reliable delivery of our customer returns services.

You will work closely with your colleagues and support operational continuity whenever needed.

Your responsibilities include:

Picking and processing released production orders.

Managing inventory, both physically and administratively.

Coordinating and processing return shipments to suppliers.

Performing inventory checks and identifying discrepancies.

Supporting various operational processes within the RMA team.

Contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the further development of our circular services.
