With your technical knowledge and commercial awareness, you will be preparing HRSG and T-SCR proposals and negotiating contracts in the worldwide marketplace. In close cooperation with the assigned Sales Manager, as Bid Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the best design, most fitting technical proposal and lowest possible costs are put forward.

Requirements
Key tasks & responsibilities
Assessing the customer's requests/RFQ
Maintaining the proposal roadmap
Performing the proposal engineering (equipment, noise, emissions, etc)
Guiding the assigned proposal team members (performance, layout, E&I, etc)
Ensuring feasibility of the offered solution
Compiling the technical proposal and its cost calculation
Negotiating scope and requirements with customer
Handing over to project execution (technical contract and execution budget)
Candidate requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/Process Engineering or Energy related subjects
4–5-year experience working as an Engineer or any similar work-experience, in an international B2B environment
Fluent in English
