Commercial Real Estate Advisor (junior/mid-level). What are you going to do? As a real estate advisor, you'll work within the commercial real estate practice and be involved in the entire process of leasing and leasing business real estate. You'll work independently on files and assignments and be the first point of contact for clients, allowing you to brainstorm with and learn from experienced colleagues within the team. As your experience and responsibility grow, so will your role within more complex projects. Advising clients on the rental and leasing of commercial real estate Acquiring and guiding new assignments Drafting proposals, agreements and rental documentation Guiding negotiations and transactions from start to finish Maintaining and further developing relationships with clients, investors and other market parties Collaborating with colleagues within NDRP in the field of agency, capital markets and valuations Who are we looking for? We are looking for a real estate professional with several years of experience, who can work independently and wants to develop further within a professional and substantive work environment. Several years of relevant work experience in (commercial) real estate Affinity with (commercial) advice and real estate transactions Enterprising, analytical and strong communication skills Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (English is a plus) What do we offer?
