Experience as a Functional Application Administrator, Technical Application Administrator, or Application Manager Demonstrable experience managing web applications, digital portals, or similar online systems Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management Experience analyzing application issues and coordinating solutions Familiarity with software updates, releases, and changes in an IT environment Affinity with cloud environments, application integrations, and web technologies Experience collaborating across IT, business, and external suppliers HBO-level working and thinking ability Analytical skills and a structured approach to work Independence, a sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills Excellent spoken and written Dutch is required Условия
