Coordinate and support implementation projects for cybersecurity services, including Extended Detection & Response (XDR) solutions Organize and facilitate customer meetings, including kick-offs, progress reviews, and project evaluations Act as the primary customer contact throughout implementation Monitor project plans, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies Support resource planning with the planning team Track project activities to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Consultancy, Engineering, Security Operations, and external stakeholders Plan and coordinate Technical Assessment Services (TAS), including penetration tests Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization Maintain accurate project documentation and administration Serve as the central link between customers, Sales, Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Planning to support successful cybersecurity service onboarding Requirements
