Shape and optimize digital experiences across websites, ecommerce platforms, and internal applications; Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing, user-friendly designs; Contribute throughout the design process, from concept development and wireframing to prototyping, user research, and implementation. Требования:
2–5 Years of UX/UI Design experience; A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered digital products; Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive, elegant user experiences; Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; Ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders; Understanding of user research and ability to use insights and data to improve usability and digital experiences; Confidence presenting and explaining design decisions to peers and stakeholders; Proactive, structured, and able to work independently with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement; Fluent English.
