Project Manager Service

As the primary link between customers and the internal organisation, you will: Manage service and after‑sales projects from initiation through to completion. Develop project plans and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables. Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution. Act as the main point of contact for all project‑related matters. Monitor project scope, quality, timelines, and costs. Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Track project financial performance and forecasts. Ensure customer requirements and contractual commitments are met. Drive continuous improvement within project and service delivery processes. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 3 years' project management experience in an international environment. Experience managing service, support, maintenance, or after‑sales projects. Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience within machinery manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, or machine building is highly desirable.
