Responsabilidades e atribuições No seu dia a dia de trabalho você será responsável por:
Atuar em consultoria estratégica das lideranças, oferecendo insights sobre clima, performance e desenvolvimento de equipes.
Atuar na revisão contínua da estrutura da área, avaliando as necessidades dos clientes e as capacidades das pessoas, visando o melhor aproveitamento do time.
Utilizar dados e insights para apoiar uma tomada de decisão mais embasada, além de influenciar a melhoria contínua da qualidade e relevância dos dados coletados.
Diagnosticar e propor ações de engajamento, desenvolvimento e retenção de talentos, com base em dados e indicadores de RH.
Conduzir análises de riscos e oportunidades organizacionais, priorizando ações sustentáveis e alinhadas à cultura da empresa.
Apoiar na resolução de casos complexos com impacto estratégico, promovendo ambientes de trabalho saudáveis.
Monitorar processos de handover, mudanças de time e calibração de performance, garantindo consistência e mitigação de riscos.
Fomentar e facilitar ações de fortalecimento da cultura organizacional, alinhando valores e práticas entre equipes e lideranças.
Contribuir para programas de sucessão, reconhecimento, capacitação, mentoria e feedback.

Requisitos e qualificações Trabalhando na área, é esperado que você tenha:
Formação superior completa em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas;
Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas, Desenvolvimento Organizacional ou áreas afins;
Experiência prévia como HRBP ou em áreas de desenvolvimento organizacional;
Vivência com ferramentas de people analytics e gestão por indicadores.
Diferenciais:
Desejável inglês intermediário/avançado.
