Minimal is seeking a Founder’s Associate to work on high-impact, end-to-end initiatives directly with the CEO and CTO in Amsterdam. You will own projects across onboarding, sales, operations and strategy, shaping the company as it grows. This is a fast-paced role with real responsibility from week one. You’ll ship measurable projects, learn the business deeply, and grow into leadership as Minimal expands. English fluency is essential; Dutch, German or Spanish are a plus.
