Are you an experienced Interior Integration Engineer with a background in maritime joinery and accommodation systems? We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer Interior to develop technical specifications, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee the detailed engineering of interior outfitting for advanced naval vessels in the Netherlands.
Tasks
Develop functional technical specifications for suppliers and subcontractors based on customer and design requirements.
Prepare detailed technical specifications for joinery works in accommodation and technical spaces.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams on material and supplier selection.
Support quality inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Provide technical support to production teams and resolve engineering issues.
Maintain documentation of technical specifications, design changes, and project progress.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration of joinery works with other ship systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality requirements.
Job requirements
Proven experience in technical specifications and maritime joinery engineering.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, construction techniques, and industry standards.
Proficiency in CAD software for technical drawings and specifications.
Experience interpreting complex engineering data and solving technical challenges.
Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Fluent English, both written and spoken; German is a significant advantage.
Complete a pre-assignment security screening.
