Coordinate internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to achieve agreed outcomes. Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. Enable successful adoption of new processes through structured change activities. Align business processes with D365 F&O capabilities and target operating models. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the ERP landscape. Drive a major ERP transformation across international operations. Flexible hybrid assignment with extension potential. Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects. Strong background in ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives. Experience managing diverse business and IT stakeholder groups. Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English.
