Our client is an internationally operating organisation undertaking a global transformation of its travel and expense processes, systems, controls and employee experience across multiple regions.
Functie
- Complete a structured programme handover and establish delivery priorities.
- Maintain an integrated delivery plan covering milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to secure decisions and resolve issues.
- Lead implementation partner governance and challenge scope, estimates and commitments.
- Deliver business readiness activities including testing, cutover and go-live preparation.
- Create and execute communication, training and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Establish sustainable controls, reporting processes and operational ownership.
- Transfer knowledge and support a successful transition to business-as-usual operations.
Profiel
- Proven experience delivering Travel & Expense transformation or rollout programmes (mandatory).
- Practical SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation experience preferred.
- Strong project and change management expertise within complex international environments.
- Experience managing external implementation partners and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including employee communications and leadership presentations.
- Experience within regulated industries is advantageous.
