Functie
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments and deliveries.
- Work with sales teams, warehouses, and transport providers to plan customer orders.
- Track shipments and follow up on delays or delivery issues.
- Provide delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support return processes and related logistics activities.
- Process logistics transactions in Oracle and other ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment data.
- Help improve logistics processes and solve operational issues.
Profiel
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or order management.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Experience using Oracle ERP systems.
- Able to solve problems quickly and keep logistics operations running smoothly.
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues, customers, and logistics partners.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customs procedures or international shipping is a plus.
- Proactive, accurate, and able to work independently.
Aanbod
- A salary between €3.300 and €3.800 gross per month.
- A temporary assignment of 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.
