You will maintain close contact with customers and internal teams, ensuring high service levels and smooth operations.You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.Responsibilities - Monitor and process customer orders on a daily basis- Confirm orders and communicate delivery timelines- Manage the end-to-end order cycle (from entry to invoicing)- Proactively communicate delays, shortages, and operational issues- Prepare and issue invoices and export documentation- Monitor forecast adherence and align with stakeholders- Register, investigate, and resolve customer complaints including root cause analysis- Support KPI reporting and identify process improvement opportunities- Collaborate closely with Planning, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiativesProfiel- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thinking and working- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Order-to-Cash- Knowledge of logistics processes (Incoterms, export documentation)- Experience with SAP (SD/MM), Excel, and Outlook- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills- Proactive, accurate, and results-driven- A hands-on team player with a solution-oriented mindset- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plusAanbod- Annual salary between €44,000 and €52,000, depending on experience- Standard secondary employment benefits- A role within an international and fast-paced environment- Opportunities for personal development and career growth- A position with real responsibility and impactPlease note: We are looking for candidates who already have the right to work in the Netherlands.
