Job Description

As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing the company's international supply chain organisation. While supply chain operations have been established over the past two years, significant opportunities remain to further structure, optimise and scale processes. You will lead a small team international supply chain team remotely while balancing strategic leadership with a hands‑on operational approach in The Netherlands. Especially during the initial phase, the role will have a strong operational focus, requiring active involvement in day‑to‑day supply chain activities. At the same time, you will contribute to business strategy as a member of the management team. Responsibilities

Develop and further professionalise the international supply chain organisation. Lead, coach and support a remote international supply chain team. Design, implement and improve supply chain processes and procedures. Manage and enhance operational supply chain performance. Drive process improvements across planning, logistics and operations. Establish scalable supply chain structures to support future growth. Represent supply chain within the management team. Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve service levels, quality and delivery performance. The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in a Supply Chain leadership position. Demonstrated experience improving and developing supply chain processes within a growing organisation. Hands‑on mindset combined with strong strategic thinking capabilities. 30-90-365-900 days. Experience within the medical devices, life sciences or other regulated industries a strong must Experience leading international and/or remote teams is a plus Experience within a start‑up, scale‑up or rapidly changing business environment is a plus Based in the Utrecht region. Candidates should ideally live in the Province of Utrecht or within a reasonable commuting distance. What's on Offer
