Our client is an international organisation with operations across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. The business is focused on maintaining strong financial governance, effective liquidity management and robust funding structures to support its ongoing activities and long-term objectives. Due to continued development within the finance function, the organisation is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead treasury, compliance and payment operations. Job Description

Lead treasury operations across multiple entities, ensuring effective liquidity management and cash visibility. Monitor cash positions, oversee forecasting activities and coordinate short-term funding requirements. Manage relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions. Oversee bank account administration, mandates, connectivity arrangements and treasury documentation. Coordinate covenant monitoring, lender reporting obligations and regulatory documentation processes. Maintain and strengthen internal controls across treasury, compliance and payment activities. Direct payment operations, approval workflows and control frameworks to promote accuracy and compliance. Support financing transactions, refinancing initiatives and treasury-related aspects of strategic projects. Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives across treasury and finance operations. Lead and develop specialist compliance and payment teams while acting as a key partner to senior finance stakeholders. The Successful Applicant

Minimum 8 years of experience within treasury, cash management or treasury operations. Proven experience managing liquidity, cash forecasting and banking relationships. Strong understanding of covenant compliance, lender reporting and KYC requirements. Experience overseeing payment processes, controls and operational governance frameworks. Demonstrated people management experience within treasury, finance operations, payments or compliance functions. Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic responsibilities and operational involvement. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international business environment. Experience with refinancing, debt facilities or treasury transformation programmes is advantageous. Background within asset-intensive, investment-led or multinational organisations is considered beneficial. What's on Offer
