The Director of Finance will play a central role in supporting expansion plans, strengthening financial processes and providing high-quality decision support to senior leadership.FunctieLead and develop the finance and administration team, providing clear direction, coaching and performance management.Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning processes while improving financial visibility across the business.Deliver accurate management reporting and KPI dashboards for operational and executive stakeholders.Manage liquidity, working capital and intercompany financing arrangements.Coordinate audits, tax compliance and statutory reporting in partnership with external advisers.Support financing activities, covenant monitoring, scenario modelling and shareholder reporting.Identify financial, legal and operational risks and implement effective control frameworks to mitigate them.ProfielProven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance or in a comparable senior finance leadership role.Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting and internal controls.Track record of leading and developing finance teams within a complex operational environment.Corporate finance knowledge including financing structures, covenant management and business case modelling.AanbodStrategic leadership position reporting directly to the CEO.Broad responsibility across finance, governance, planning and corporate finance activities.Leadership of a dedicated finance and administration team. xbelvxb Exposure to senior stakeholders, lenders and investors.
