Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical assistance to users of search engine services in the Dutch language. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical inquiries related to search functionality and digital advertising tools. Maintain a deep understanding of evolving IT platforms and search algorithms to ensure accurate user guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate and resolve technical system issues effectively. Document all interactions and technical findings within the CRM system to improve future service delivery. Participate in ongoing training to stay at the forefront of Information Technology service excellence. Consistently meet performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction and technical resolution time. Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written). Valid EU passport (mandatory).
