Job Overview We are currently sourcing candidates for the Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for an Electronics Leader position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support for premium consumer electronics, including smartphones, wearables, and home appliances.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues via phone, email, and chat to ensure optimal user satisfaction.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of the latest consumer electronics technology.
Maintain detailed customer records and provide accurate feedback on product trends and common technical queries.
Act as a brand ambassador for our client, maintaining the high standards expected by a global electronics leader.
Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
A passion for technology and a genuine interest in the consumer electronics industry.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in a customer service or technical support environment is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, on-site environment in Athens.
