A Day in the Life The Continuous Skill Development (CSD) Coach is responsible for overseeing the execution of the CSD program, documenting Job Instruction Breakdown Sheet (JIBS), training trainers, and providing ongoing coaching and support to the trainers and employees. Site CSD Allocation, The CSD coach is supporting both Inbound Dep. with regards to training and will be in day shift. You will coordinate training with regards to Outbound processes and available trainers. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Documenting JIBS: The coach should document the instruction breakdown and develop a plan for teaching the steps consistent with the current revision of the procedure.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensuring Rigour: The CSD Coach is responsible for understanding all the CSD methods, procedures, metrics and deployment plan, and for ensuring the appropriate rigour in application across the site and shifts
Training the trainers: The CSD Coach is responsible for training and certifying the trainers who will deliver the CSD program to the employees
Coaching and mentoring trainers: The CSD Coach provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to trainers to ensure that they are delivering the program effectively and that employees are learning the necessary skills
Providing ongoing support: The CSD Coach provides ongoing support to the trainers and employees who have completed the CSD program to ensure that they continue to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned
Escalation of Issues: The CSD Coach is responsible for escalating issues associated with the pursuit of the CSD process and problem solve to improve the CSD program as needed
Tiered Management: The CSD Coach shall capture and report CSD metrics and represent the process at appropriate Tier Board/Gemba
Required Qualifications:

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Netherlands: 39,200.00 EUR - 58,800.00 EUR | The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
