Build multi-agent systems that communicate with users and connect to internal systems; Work on AI projects end to end, from brainstorming features and building the business case to developing, testing, deploying and continuously improving the solution; Develop RAG pipelines with vector embeddings to make our knowledge and data safely accessible; Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions and align on priorities with your team and stakeholders; Choose the right technical approach per challenge; Make AI output measurable: build test sets and evaluate for accuracy, hallucinations, cost and latency; Bring solutions to production and keep them reliable, secure and maintainable; Track adoption, gather feedback and iterate based on real results; Stay sharp on new developments in AI and bring relevant ideas back to the team. A completed Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics or a comparable field. Preferably recently graduated or with your first work experience; Fluency in Dutch is required; Strong Python skills: you understand your code and debug it when things break; Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and connecting AI to internal data. Either via RAG, tool use or MCP; Familiar with AI-coding agents and able to assess generated code critically; Analytically strong and able to explain technical choices clearly to both engineers and non-technical colleagues; Curious, proactive and pragmatic, you feel at home in an environment where the landscape shifts fast.
