Profile Supervisor HSE
Can you manage and oversee health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within a project to ensure a safe and compliant work environment? Do you have a passion for protecting the health and safety of workers, including the environment? - We regularly seek experiencedHSE Supervisors with approximately 10 years of experience in HSE supervision, with a focus on industrial projects. - We welcome applicants from all countries. Please note that your tasks and responsibilities may vary per project and client. - Tasks & responsibilities: Develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures for industrial projects. Conduct HSE training and awareness programs that promote a culture of safety. Supervise and monitor HSE performance on project sites, and identify and resolve issues. Conduct safety audits and inspections. Interact with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project HSE goals are met. Ensure that projects are completed in compliance with local and international HSE regulations. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on HSE progress. Prepare and submit HSE reports as required. Requirements Supervisor HSE
Education in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in HSE supervision, with a focus on industrial projects. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You can work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with HSE management software and MS Office.
