The successful design and governance of distributor-led markets is in your hands as Distributor Market Lead! You make sure distributor markets are aligned with business strategy and deliver sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a flawless customer experience. For your hard work you can expect a salary of up to €25 gross per hour. Keep reading to find out more about your new job!
What you’ll be doing
As Distributor Market Lead you drive all activities related to distributor selection, onboarding, transition, performance management, and continuous improvement. You are responsible for transition planning, TSA management, and successful market cutover. Furthermore, you will, among other things, be:
- Developing route-to-market strategies for distributor-led geographies
- Assessing market opportunities and recommending optimal distributor structures
- Defining commercial, operational, and capability requirements for prospective distributors
- Supporting contract negotiations and commercial agreement development
- Ensuring distributor appointments are completed in accordance with project timelines and governance requirements.
- Coordinating activities across Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, HR, and local market teams
- Acting as the central point of contact for distributor market activities, facilitating decision-making, and resolving cross-functional issues
- Identifying and mitigating risks impacting distributor market performance or transition activities

Functie-eisen
- At least seven years of significant commercial experience within Food and Beverage companies
- Significant experience in Customer Development, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Route-to-Market leadership
- Experience managing distributors, wholesalers, or indirect sales channels within the Food or Beverage industry
- Experience leading large-scale business transformations, carve-outs, integrations, or market transitions
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management capabilities
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-country initiatives
