Payroll Representative for Germany Terneuzen We are seeking a Payroll Representative to support payroll delivery for Germany within the EMEAI region. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local legislation, company policies, and agreed labor conditions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, resolving payroll issues and contributing to a best-in-class employee experience.

What you'll be doing
Delivering Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management efficiently and accurately
Processing payroll information with confidentiality and attention to detail
Ensuring timely and correct payments to employees and local authorities
Performing activities according to internal control and compliance frameworks
Addressing employee payroll queries in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Supporting process improvements and collaborate across functions and cultures

Working hours You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, during regular office hours.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with MS Excel, Workday, ServiceNow, ADP GlobalView Payroll, and SAP.
Ability to navigate high-volume operational environments.
Experience with internal controls and audit participation is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated with a customer service mindset and excellent stakeholder management.
This is truly an entry-level position. Candidates with knowledge of the German language (B1 level) and a background in finance, analytics, or HR are perfectly fine. Specific payroll experience is not required for this role.
