With a fantastic opportunity available, we are looking for a highly motivated export team member to join our air freight branch to grow our business. Airfreight experience is nice to have, but not required. All the tools will be provided for you to be successful. DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES
Based in our Amsterdam Air Freight branch, this role is all about providing outstanding customer service and operational support to our customers. Your focus will be to take control of exports shipments from the time a shipment is confirmed to final delivery and everything in between including; liaising with our overseas Mainfreight branches and partners, customers, our Mainfreight transport team, airlines and, the Dutch Custom. Making decisions to get our cargo moving and delivered in full and on-time. This is where you come in! We are looking for a person with:
Excellent presentation and image An attitude and appetite for new business Self-motivation, who is organized, true team player A willingness to learn and grow The ability to think strategically and outside the square to problem-solve A mindset that will not accept anything but the best for our customers and own team Ability to develop, implement, and maintain commercial relations Dutch as one of your languages
