We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Holland.Responsibilities• Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of all mechanical construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Team Management & Supervision: Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, subcontractors, and labour, providing guidance, training, and ensuring high standards of workmanship throughout the project. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all mechanical installations (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, etc.) meet industry standards, regulations, and client specifications, conducting inspections and quality checks as necessary. Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets and schedules for mechanical systems, ensuring that costs and timelines are adhered to, and proactively address any potential delays or cost overruns. xbelvxb Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for all mechanical-related construction matters, providing regular updates to senior management and clients on progress, issues, and any changes affecting the project.RequirementsMust have relevant Mechanical Engineering degree or similar
