Zoku Amsterdam is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the location into its next chapter. You will own the P&L, shape budgets, manage payroll and costs, and drive revenue across rooms, F&B and events. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll lead a lean team, maintain the building, foster a strong guest community, and translate brand standards into daily practice, with support from our central Office.
