Support the definition, challenge, and optimization of turnaround and project scopes related to rotating equipment Collaborate with Reliability Engineers, Process Safety Engineers, Maintenance Specialists, and Operations personnel to develop detailed maintenance work scopes Prepare technical work packages, job plans, bills of materials, and execution methodologies for rotating equipment maintenance activities Define technical requirements and specifications for materials, spare parts, repair services, and specialized contractors Coordinate and integrate all supporting turnaround activities including scaffolding, insulation removal and reinstatement, lifting operations, temporary facilities, logistics, and work permit management to ensure safe and efficient execution Create and manage purchase requisitions and support procurement through technical bid evaluations and vendor clarifications What makes you great
Strong technical knowledge of static and rotating equipment combined with experience in turnaround planning and execution processes Proven ability to supervise contractors and manage field execution activities effectively Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities to minimize operational risks and schedule impacts Good leadership skills to guide teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Proficiency in computer tools such as SAP Plant Maintenance and Microsoft Project to support maintenance and turnaround activities At least five years of experience in maintenance, reliability, turnaround, shutdown, or project management roles within industrial sectors, with good English language skills and Dutch considered a plus projects Why you will love working with us
